V-Bank Panel Filter for Gas Turbine and Turbo Machinery

V-Bank filter produced by Shakti Filters and Engineers for GT air intake system is a work horse when it comes to achieve higher efficiency in heavy dust load conditions .The high quality filter media used in our filter guarantees high efficiencies with very high dust holding capacities thus protecting your equipment working in challenging environments .The high surface area coupled with various surface treatment ensures lowest initial pressure drop guarantees safe and reliable operation of your turbines ,blowers or other turbo machinery.

Design

  • Structure: The outer frame of the filter is available in materials such ABS or PS plastic that is 100% incinerable ,other than plastic the filter frames are also available in Aluminium or Zinc coated steel.

  • Filter media: 100% fibreglass is available in both deep pleat and mini pleat forms with efficiencies ranging from F7 to E10.

  • Hot melt is used as pleat separator thus ensuring uniform pleat structure throughout the life of the filter.

  • The pleated media is bonded with frame using polyurethane sealant thereby establishing a strong bond between the media and the frame.

  • The filter media is covered by Aluminium mesh or Galvanized steel mesh and bonded together with media and frame thus forming a protective grill.

  • Gaskets are available in wide variety of material options such as Neoprene, EPDM, EVA OR CR.

  • The maximum temperature at which the filter can be operated is around 80 degree Celsius.

  • The filters can be operated in high humidity area with humidity percentage up to 100% RH.

  • Recommended final pressure drop for the filter is 600Pa or 2.4” wg.
