V-Bank Panel Filter for Gas Turbine and Turbo Machinery

The V-Bank filters manufactured by Shakti Filters and Engineers are designed to deliver high efficiency and durability in gas turbine air intake systems, especially under heavy dust load conditions. Made with premium-grade filter media, these filters offer exceptional dust holding capacity while maintaining consistent performance, ensuring reliable protection for turbines and blowers operating in demanding environments.


With a large filtration surface area and special surface treatments, Shakti’s V-Bank filters provide low initial pressure drop and stable airflow, contributing to efficient turbine and blower operation. Their robust construction and superior filtration efficiency make them a trusted solution for ensuring clean air intake and enhanced equipment longevity in a wide range of industrial and power generation applications.

Design

  • Outer frame in ABS/PS (incinerable) or aluminium/zinc-coated steel.

  • Filter media: 100% fiberglass, deep or mini pleats, efficiency F7–E10.

  • Pleat design: Hot melt separators provide uniform structure and durability.

  • Pleated media bonded to frame with polyurethane sealant for strength.

  • Filter media protected by aluminium or galvanized steel mesh for durability.

  • Gaskets available in neoprene, EPDM, EVA, or CR materials.

  • Filter can operate at a maximum temperature of 80°C.

  • Filters can operate in areas with up to 100% humidity.

  • Recommended final pressure drop for the filter is 600Pa or 2.4” wg.
