Twist Lock Filter Cartridges

Twist lock filter cartridges manufactured by Shakti Filters and Engineers are especially designed to meet the strict demands of gas turbine/Turbo blower air intake systems and can be directly retrofitted into Pneumafil pneuma-pulse   self cleaning air intake system. Although direct replacement for above system cartridges our cartridges are designed and manufactured with added features such as wide choice of media with various types of coatings to choose from our high quality filtration media delivers optimum results that meet or exceed OEM specifications thus delivering optimum performance, long life and energy saving.

Design

  • The filter consists of two zinc-coated steel expanded mesh layers, (Stainless steel/ powder coated/ABS is optional).

  • End caps on both ends with glued gasket, optional washer, secured using polyurethane adhesives.

  • Reinforced pleated filter media from top manufacturers, with pleat spacers and hot melt coating inside and outside, ensures consistent shape, durability, and reliable performance throughout the filter cartridge’s entire lifespan.

  • Highly effective filter surface area is available with large dust-holding capacity and Minimal pressure drop.

  • Mini pleat configuration is also available upon request.
