Pre Filter for Gas Turbine and Turbo Machinery
Pre filters produced by Shakti Filters and Engineers for GT air intake system is the first soldier in defence mechanism against airborne contamination and environmental damages. These filters not only protect downstream equipment but also increase the life of downstream more expensive filters. The robust construction of these filters ensure longevity of the filters downstream and lesser downtime thus increasing the reliability of your Gas turbine ,Gas engine or turbo machinery.
Design
The rigid filter frame is constructed from aluminium, zinc-coated steel, or water-resistant cardboard.
These filters use metal clips or mesh, enhancing their overall strength and durability.
Media: The filter media for these filters is combination of blended polyester thus making these filters suitable for most areas.
These filters are available up to G4 class as per EN779-2012 with efficiency up to 90% at 5 micron.
These filters feature an initial pressure drop of 25–35 Pa and operate up to 250 Pa.
Ever reliable our pre filters can with stand temperatures up to 100 degree Celsius.
Features
Large filtration area enables filters withstand large air flow volumes.
Low initial pressure drop.
High dust holding capacity.
High mechanical strength and durability.
Low initial pressure drop.
