Cylindrical Filter Cartridges

Cylindrical filter cartridges by Shakti Filters and Engineers are designed to meet the stringent requirements of gas turbine and turbo blower air intake systems. Made with high-quality imported filter media, these cartridges ensure excellent protection and durability, minimizing the risk of dust penetration or media failure. They are available in both self-cleaning pulse and static types, suitable for vertical or horizontal installations, with efficiency ranging from M6 (MERV 11) to E12 (MERV 16) for effective contaminant removal.


By using Shakti cylindrical filter cartridges, gas turbines, turbo blowers, and similar equipment achieve improved performance and extended lifespan. Their combination of strength, high filtration efficiency, and versatility makes them a dependable choice for diverse industrial air intake applications.

Design

  • The filter features two zinc-coated steel expanded mesh layers, optionally in stainless steel, powder-coated, or ABS.

  • End caps have an upper glued cylindrical gasket and optional lower sealing washer bonded with polyurethane adhesive.

  • Filter media: Reinforced pleated media from reputed brands (HIFYBER HF series – AHLSTROM, H&V, or CHENTAI) with pleating spacers and hot melt on both sides, ensuring consistent shape and durability throughout the cartridge’s lifespan.

  • Highly effective filter surface area is available with large dust-holding capacity and Minimal pressure drop.

  • Mini pleat configuration is also available upon request.
