Cylindrical air filter cartridges from Shakti Filters and Engineers are engineered for high-efficiency dust filtration across a wide range of industrial air intake and dust collection systems. They ensure consistent air quality while protecting critical equipment such as compressors, blowers, and gas turbines. Made with premium-grade filter media, these cartridges offer long service life, high dust holding capacity, and low pressure drop. Their compact cylindrical design allows easy installation and replacement, even in space-constrained filter housings.


Available in various media types, micron ratings, and sizes, these filters can be customized to meet specific requirements. Ideal for dry dust, fine particles, or high airflow, they deliver reliable performance in industries including cement, power, chemical, food, and pharmaceuticals.

Design

  • Cylindrical pleated design with rigid metal or PU end caps ensures stability.

  • Media options include 80/20 cellulose, treated polyester spunbond, and nanofiber media.

  • Micron ratings range from 0.5 µm to 20 µm, depending on filter media.

  • Filtration efficiency reaches up to 99.99% for 0.5 micron particles.

  • End caps are available in PU molded, galvanized metal, or stainless steel.

  • Inner and outer cores use perforated GI or SS sheets for airflow.

  • Gaskets use soft polyurethane or neoprene to ensure leak-proof filter fitting.

  • Available in standard or custom dimensions with open/open or open/closed ends.

  • Used in dust collection, compressor intake, blowers, shot blasting, and paint booths.
