Conical Filter Cartridges

Conical filter cartridges manufactured by Shakti Filters and Engineers are designed to meet the strict demands of gas turbine and turbo blower air intake systems. Made with high-quality imported filter media, they provide superior protection by preventing dust penetration and media failure. Their robust durability and high efficiency ensure reliable performance. Available in self-cleaning pulse and static types, they are suitable for both vertical and horizontal installations. The typical range from M6/MERV 11 to E12/MERV 16 ensures effective contaminant removal.


By using Shakti conical filter cartridges, gas turbines, turbo blowers, and similar equipment can achieve enhanced performance and extended lifespan. Their durability, efficiency, and multiple configurations make them a dependable choice for industrial air intake applications.

Design

  • The filter consists of two zinc-coated steel expanded mesh layers, (Stainless steel/ powder coated/ABS is optional).

  • Complete with end caps, glued cylindrical gasket, optional sealing washer, secured by polyurethane adhesives.

  • Reinforced pleated media from top brands with spacers and hot melt coating ensures shape consistency throughout the filter’s lifespan.

  • Highly effective filter surface area is available with large dust-holding capacity and Minimal pressure drop.

  • ​Mini pleat configuration is also available upon request.
