Conical and Cylindrical Filter Cartridge

Shakti Filters and Engineers’ Conical–Cylindrical filter cartridge pairs are specially designed to meet the demanding requirements of gas turbine and turbo blower air intake systems. Made with high-quality imported filter media, these filters provide excellent protection to turbines and blowers by preventing dust penetration and media failure. They are highly durable, efficient, and available in both self-cleaning pulse and static types, suitable for vertical and horizontal designs. The filtration range spans from M6/MERV 11 up to E12/MERV 16, ensuring effective contaminant removal. Cylindrical–Cylindrical pair configurations are also offered.


Using Shakti Conical–Cylindrical or Cylindrical–Cylindrical filters enhances equipment performance and longevity. The robust construction, high filtration efficiency, and versatile options make these cartridges a reliable solution for industrial air intake systems across various applications.

Design

  • The filter has two zinc-coated steel mesh layers, with optional stainless steel, powder-coated, or ABS.

  • End caps feature an upper glued cylindrical gasket and optional lower sealing washer, secured with polyurethane.

  • Filter media uses reinforced pleated material (HIFYBER HF series – AHLSTROM, H&V, or CHENTAI) with top-bottom pleating spacers and hot-melt coating for shape stability throughout its lifespan.

  • Highly effective filter surface area is available with large dust-holding capacity and Minimal pressure drop.

  • Mini pleat configuration is also available upon request.
