ABS Filter Cartridges

ABS filter cartridges for GT air intake manufactured by Shakti Filters and Engineers are especially designed to meet the strict demands of gas turbine/Turbo blower air intake systems and can be directly retrofitted as direct replacement for Nordic ABS filter cartridge. Although direct replacement for Nordic system cartridges our cartridges are designed and manufactured with added features such as partially or completely incinerable filter cartridges. The filter is available non corrosive, non-metallic configurations with inner plastic core suitable for environments corrosive for metals. These cartridges are available in many configurations and can be equipped with a variety of media to choose from.

Design

  • The filter consists of one zinc-coated expanded mesh layer with inner core made of PP or ABS plastic.

  • End caps on both ends with glued gasket, secured using adhesive compatible with metal and plastic.

  • Reinforced pleated filter media from leading manufacturers, with pleat spacers and hot melt coating inside and outside, ensures consistent shape, durability, and reliable performance throughout the filter cartridge’s entire lifespan.

  • Highly effective filter surface area is available with large dust-holding capacity and Minimal pressure drop.

  • Mini pleat configuration is also available upon request.
