Pocket Filter for Gas Turbine and

Pocket filters from Shakti Filters and Engineers are designed for a longer life with reduced maintenance cost. All pocket filters are designed for easy installation such that they can be used as pre filters for downstream  GT filters or can be used as primary efficiency filters in HVAC systems .These filters are designed for efficiencies in range from 35% to 95%. All filters are designed with extended surface are for longer life and performance. 

Design

  • Structure: The frame of these filters is made up of galvanized steel or Plastic frame that is fully incinerable.

  • The neoprene gasket ensures leak proof sealing thus increasing the reliability of these filter.

  • Media: High efficiency non discharging synthetic media with efficiencies ranging from G4 to F8. The media is 4 layer synthetic media conforming to ASHRAHE 52-1 standard.

  • Filters can withstand final pressure drop of 450 Pa or 1.8” wg.

  • The filters can operate in temperature range up to 80 degree Celsius.

  • Low initial pressure drop and large surface area.

  • High mechanical strength.

  • High dust holding capacity.

  • Efficiencies ranging from 45% to 95% as per ASHRAHE.

  • Low initial pressure drop.

  • Tested according to: EN779-2012, ASHRAHE 52.1.

  • Replacement available for well known brands such as Farr, Koch, AAF, Donaldson, Waukesha, Jenbacher, Wartsila, Caterpillar , Freudenberg, Nederman, Nordic and others.

These filters can be widely used for applications such as Gas Turbine air intake system, Gas Engine air intake system, Automotive Plants, Oxygen Plants, Steel Mill blast furnace, Marine Turbines and Central Air Conditioning, Petrochemical Plants, Compressor Air Intake, Refineries, Chemical Plants, Pharmaceutical Plants and Manmade Fibre Industry etc.
