Cylindrical Filter Cartridge
Cylindrical filter cartridges manufactured by Shakti Filters and Engineers are especially designed to meet the strict demands of gas turbine/Turbo blower air intake systems. The high quality imported filter media used in these filters provides high protection to gas turbines and blowers etc. The robust durability and the high efficiency of the filter media eliminate the risk of dust due to high dust penetration or media failure. The filters are available in both, self-cleaning pulse and static type and are suitable for vertical and horizontal design. Typical range is from M6 or MERV 11 up to E12 or MERV 16, ensuring effective removal of contaminants.

The filter consists of two zinc-coated steel expanded mesh layers, (Stainless steel/ powder coated/ABS is optional).

Complete with end-caps on each end with upper side Glued cylindrical gasket and lower side Optional attached sealing washer with end caps Secured with polyurethane adhesives.

Highly effective filter surface area is available with large dust-holding capacity and Minimal pressure drop.

Filter media: Reinforced pleated filter media from renowned manufacturers (HIFYBER HF series - AHLSTROM, H&V, or CHENTAI) with Pleating spacers at top and bottom of each pleat and Hot melt applied on the outside and inside of the filter thus enabling filter to maintain Consistent shape throughout lifespan of the filter cartridge.
